Festival Diary - First Signs of Life!

Today I created the holding page for my exciting Festival Diary project www.festivaldiary.co.uk. You can now go to the site and sign up to the mailing list to be kept informed of future developments of the site.

As usual here is the place you can leave me comments on the site, as the current holding page gives you a sneaky peek at the expected style and layout of the future site.

Its an exciting project and I will post more about it soon.

I now have my CV up on my site. When I get some spare time I will write a blog entry on the tips and tricks I picked up while putting mine together as i'm sure they might be able to help someone.

Thats it for now!
Keep checkin' back,

Skell

New Website, New Blog, New Chapter!

Hi,

This is the first blog I have ever written. I will be using it to document my life as a graduate web designer.

I will blog the work I am doing and my findings. I hope to be starting some really interesting projects soon and I am going to use this blog to document my work.

One of the first things I plan on doing is completing my bands website theacousticproject.co.uk. For this site I am developing a small CMS in PHP that will allow site admin to perform simple tasks such as publish news articles, update gig listings and upload photos (and any other little features I decide to implement on the way).

As well as documenting work I will also post about things such as sites articles that I find on the internet that I think may be of interest to readers of this blog such as fellow designers and such.

Anyway that's it for now I have a CV to write.

Please feel free to leave and comments, suggestions, advice or criticism regarding my new site and blog in the comments section. They will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reading, please check back soon.

Stephen
